At Nevaeh's Rae of Hope we aim to help support families who have recently experienced the loss of a child. In order to be eligable for a trip, we ask that each family meets the following qualifications before submitting an inquiry form.

The family has experienced the death of a child within the last 12 months.
The deceased child was under the age of 18 years old and has a birth certificate.
The family has at least one other living child in the same household where the deceased child lived.
All other children applying for the vacation package are 21 years of age or younger and living in the same household where the deceased child lived.
The family currently lives in Wisconsin.

Upon receipt of an inquiry form, our team will promptly send the family an application. If the application receives approval, a confirmation will be issued to acknowledge their acceptance.

To confirm their trip, the family will be required to complete a series of forms, including a liability waiver, letter of understanding, photograph and publicity release agreement, and a pre-planning details survey. Once we have received all completed forms, we will handle all further arrangements. Subsequently, upon completion of trip planning, we will provide the family with comprehensive trip details, including an itinerary.

Please be advised: Due to funding limintations, we regret that we are unable to accommodate every application. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval for a trip. We will ensure to promptly inform the family of the approval status of their application, maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the process.

We aim for a trip facilitated by Nevaeh's Rae of Hope to provide families with an opportunity to regroup together through hope and healing.

The current offering provided by Nevaeh's Rae of Hope entails a trip to the beaches of Florida. We extend comprehensive coverage, encompassing lodging, transportation/rental vehicle expenses, roundtrip airfare, and a designated amount of additional spending money.
